This class challenges your body in new and refreshing ways with easy-to-follow choreography and uplifting music that keeps you moving with purpose.

REV+FLOW® is a dynamic, low-impact workout that’s gentle on the joints while still delivering powerful results. Strength, stability, balance, and endurance all get a boost—making it an excellent choice for every fitness level.

Equipment Needed:
• Yoga mat
• Shoes (not your regular street shoes)
• Light weights (1–5 lb; most participants use 3–4 lb)
