Expect a dynamic blend of heavy strength work, HIIT/VIIT intervals, mobility drills, and flexibility training designed to push you, challenge you, and leave you feeling unstoppable.

Equipment Needed:
• Yoga mat
• Heavy weights
• Shoes optional
• Yoga Block (occasionally)
(We provide studio mats and weights for anyone who needs them.)
