Whether you’re brand new or returning to the barre, this class builds your technique from the ground up. Dancers will refine posture, alignment, and strength through classical ballet foundations and targeted conditioning for the legs, core, and back—a full-body experience that helps you move with confidence and grace. Wear leggings or yoga pants and a comfortable top that allows you to move freely. Ballet shoes are recommended, but compression socks work just fine too. Don’t forget your water bottle—this is a full-body workout!
